Clear the Browser Cache

Click/press the applicable web browser.

  1. To clear your cache and cookies in Chrome:
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (or Cmd + Shift + Delete on Mac) to open the Delete browsing data menu.
  3. Set the Time range (scroll More) to All time.
  4. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5. Click Delete data or Clear data.

The fastest way to clear your Firefox cache is 
  1. to press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard to open the "Clear Recent History" menu. 
  2. Set the time range to "Everything"
  3. check the box for "Cache".
  4. click "Clear Now"

Tip: Here's another way to clear the Firefox cache:

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel.
  2. Click History and select Clear Recent History…
  3. Next to When:, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Temporary cached files and pages in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected and then click the [Clear] button.

Use the following steps to clear your browser history and Cache in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & security.
  2. Under Delete browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  3. Select ''Browsing History" & "Cached images and files" check box and then select Clear.
