Clear the Browser Cache

Click/press the applicable web browser.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More (= the 3 dots or the hamburger) .
  3. Click More tools  --> Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. Untick Cookies.
  6. Click Clear data.

Clear the cache
  1. Click the menu button (= the hamburger -> 3 horizontal lines top right) and select Settings.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security in the left hand side panel.
  3. Scroll down to: Cookies and Site Data , click --> Clear Data….
  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.

Tip: Here's another way to clear the Firefox cache:

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel.
  2. Click History and select Clear Recent History…
  3. Next to When:, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Temporary cached files and pages in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected and then click the [Clear] button.

Use the following steps to clear your browser history and Cache in Microsoft Edge:
  1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & security.
  2. Under Delete browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  3. Select ''Browsing History" & "Cached images and files" check box and then select Clear.
