Some players have a Club/Diamond/Heart/Spade symbol in their Profile. What does this mean?

After having played 50 rated boards a suit sign on your profile indicates a rough measure of your rating. 

Club represents those members whose rating is in the lowest third of the club (roughly those below 46%)
Diamond represents those members whose rating is in the middle third of the club (roughly 46% to 51%)
Heart represents those members whose rating is in the highest third of the club but not in top 10% or so (roughly 51% to 55%)
Spade represents those members whose rating is in the highest 10% or so of the club (roughly above 55%)

Your average % will only be seen by you and not by other players.
