I have uploaded a new photo/image to my profile. The old photo/image still shows

Your 'old' photo is most likely cached by your web browser.

This will clear eventually.

You can reload the profile web page(s) and bypass the cache.files.

• Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload/Refresh button (rounded arrow top left in your web browser )
  OR
• Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
• if you're using a Mac: Press "Command + Shift + R"

If the above does not work for you, then you can speed up the process by clearing the browser cache.
